Dice Card Game

Dice is a two deck solitaire card game similar to Colorado. There are 10 piles that start with a single card each. If all the cards are removed from one of those piles a card is automatically dealt into it from the remaining deck. You can also deal cards from the deck into a waste pile. You can only move the top card in any given pile.
